Jennifer Tisdale - Project CATCH Coordinator

Jennifer has dual masters degrees in Public Health and Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. She join the Project CATCH team in October 2013 and is currently based at the Salvation Army in Wake County, NC.   Jennifer is coordinating Project CATCH in Raleigh, where she is working with a case management team and ten additional agency partners serving the homeless.  Jennifer has spoken locally and nationally at conferences on Project CATCH, and is currently facilitating training on Trauma Informed Services for agency partners.  

Taylor Ward - Project CATCH Outreach Case Manager

Taylor Ward is originally from Greensboro, NC and has been in Raleigh since 2009. While studying to gain a bachelor's degree in social work from NC State University, Taylor  came to The Salvation Army as an intern in January 2013. Taylor became apart of the staff in April 2013 as the Shelter Case Manager and has been working alongside women to help gain independence for themselves and their children. As of January 2014, Taylor has become the new Project CATCH Case Manager and will be focusing on outreach case management with children who are experiencing homelessness. Case management will involve developmental screenings that will lead to referrals to community resources ensuring children in Wake County are receiving quality care and services.
