Project CATCH started in 2011 thanks to the help of local partners and funding. The program works with 11 homeless shelter and programs in the area to ensure that they are able to correctly identify and address the needs of children in their care. The Salvation Army’s Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope location includes the Barbara L. Goodmon Women & Children's Shelter that serves an average of 80 per day. One of our goals is to provide each woman that comes to building a welcome kit to help them transition into their new “home.”
