Summer Clothing Drive

The Salvation Army of High Point is in need of gently used clothing items for men, women, and children.

With clothing donations running extremely low, The Salvation Army of High Point is asking for contributions of gently new or used clothing articles for men, women, and children.Clothing items that are not directly given away to families in need of assistance are sold at The Salvation Army of High Point Family Stores to fund social services programs and corps ministries within The Salvation Army of High Point.

Major Gary Sturdivant explains, “I know we all have clothes and shoes in our closets and dressers that we haven’t worn in a while - You can DONATE them to us and receive a tax donation receipt! In turn, we give clothing vouchers to individuals and families in need who may not have clothes and shoes. We also take your gently used items and sell them at very affordable prices in our Thrift Store and take those funds and stretch them as far as we possibly can to help OTHERS through our programs who are less fortunate throughout the year. THANK YOU so much for thinking about us!”

Donations can be delivered to The Salvation Army of High point Family Store located on 1501 South Main Street, High Point, NC 27260. For larger donations please call 336-881-5424 to schedule a free truck pick up.
