THE SALVATION ARMY OF HIGH POINT CLOTHING DRIVE

“Help us Help Others”

HIGH POINT, NC (January 31, 2017) – The Salvation Army of High Point is in desperate need of gently used clothing items for men, women, and children.

With clothing donations running extremely low, The Salvation Army of High Point is asking for contributions of gently used clothing articles for men, women, and children.  Clothing items that are not directly given away to families in need of assistance are sold at The Salvation Army of High Point Family Stores to fund the social services programs and corps ministries within the High Point command.

Captain Bobby Jackson explains, “On average, we distribute clothing to 75-100 individuals every week, so without an influx of clothing our supply will run low within a month.  We partner with several other service agencies in town to provide clothing not only for our clients but for theirs as well.  Please consider dropping off your unused clothing today.”

Donations can be dropped off at both of our conveniently located Family Store locations. The Salvation Army Family Stores are located on 1501 South Main Street, High Point and 2100 North Main Street, High Point. For larger donations please call 336-881-5424 to schedule a pick up.
