Henry Kattenfeld, is a student in the IB program at Central High School. Earlier this semester, when assigned a class project, Henry decided to go the extra mile and use this opportunity to help his neighbors in need! After asking The Salvation Army of High Point about current community needs, Henry decided to build toiletry kits and went above and beyond collecting toiletry supplies for local families. In each kit he placed basic hygiene items including, a toothbrush, toothpaste, washcloth, and soap. All together he gathered supplies for and assembled more than 200 bags, separated for adults and children!
The Salvation Army of High Point would like to thank Henry for his generosity and compassion for helping others in need!
