The Salvation Army of Greenville provides a variety of programs designed to help for those in need. We offer rent and utilities assistance, food assistance, a men's drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, Christmas toy assistance, shelters and more. No matter the need, The Salvation Army is there to meet it. Please see our available programs below:

Men's Rehabilitation

The men's rehabilitation program is a six-month residential program for 50 men, focused on spiritual growth, addiction recovery and self-sufficiency upon graduation.

Boys & Girls Club

Every day, The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs inspire their members. Whether encouraging young people to complete their homework, play sports or recreational activities, enter an art competition or have a healthy snack, Club staff know the important role they play in creating the wholesome environment kids need.

Christmas Assistance

The Salvation Army gives Christmas assistance to over 2,500 children every year. Click here to learn more about qualifying for Christmas assistance through our Giving Hope program.

Emergency Disaster Services

During times of crisis, The Salvation Army seeks to do the most good. Our Emergency Disaster Services help those in need during natural disasters, accidents and more.

Kroc Center

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center brings excitement to Greenville, SC! The state of the art facility is the only one of its kind in the Carolinas. More than just a building – the facility, grounds, program and people are here to provide all of the Greenville area community access to opportunities in an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere. Connect with neighbors and make new friends at the Kroc Center while participating in programs and classes for your mind, body and spirit.

Shelter Ministries

The Salvation Army emergency homeless shelters provide a safe environment for men, women and children experiencing homelessness.

Social Ministries

Every day of the year, families struggle to keep the lights on, pay rent and put food on the table. For many of these families, The Salvation Army is their last hope. Our Social Ministries team is committed to helping our community with rent and utilities assistance, as well as grocery assistance.
