As The Temperature Rises, So Does The Need

With temperatures rising to nearly 100 degrees, many of our neighbors are in more need than ever. Those on the street are at risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and even those with housing may not have reliable A/C or consistent access to drinkable water. The elderly and families with young children are especially vulnerable to heat-related illnesses. But you can help!

You can help cover utility and rent bills for families in Greenville, Pickens and Oconee Counties here. Or you can drop off donations of bottled water and box fans at The Salvation Army's Greenville, Pickens and Oconee locations. Your donation will be distributed to those in need, beginning with people without shelter, the elderly and families with young children. Find a location near you below:
