The Salvation Army of Greenville was thrilled to receive a large amount of food donations from the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Food Drive this weekend. St. Mary’s almost completely filled up the back of a Salvation Army truck with food essentials. This is not the first food drive this church has hosted, and the response is always overwhelming. This food will be used to prepare meals in the dining hall for shelter residents and to supply the food pantry. The Salvation Army is so thankful for churches like St. Mary’s that strive to do the most good with us.
