Emergency Disaster Services
The Salvation Army is often the first to arrive at the scene of a storm or emergency. The Army provides hot meals, snacks, drinks, spiritual and emotional comfort to disaster survivors and emergency first responders. Food and drinks may be served from a fixed location such as a shelter or a mobile feeding unit, commonly referred to as a "canteen."
Financial gifts give us the purchasing power we need to care for disaster survivors. Financial donations can be made by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY or by visiting us on the web at www.salvationarmyusa.org; or you can mail a check to
The Salvation Army of the Midlands
