Sisters of Charity Foundation Contributes $5,000 to Support Salvation Army Meals Service to the Homeless and Hungry Program

The Salvation Army of the Midlands is so thankful for the generous $5,000 grant from Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina to support our feeding program! This grant will help us to continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day to the homeless and hungry here in Columbia.

The Sisters of Charity Foundation is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System. Since 1996, the Foundation has been addressing the root causes and effects of poverty in South Carolina strategically, using their own resources to reduce poverty through action, advocacy and leadership.
