Warehouse Supervisor: (Full Season)

  • Maintain Christmas Center facility; clean and organize as needed and manage inventory of all supplies
  • Sanitize all high contact surfaces throughout the day EVERY day
  • Maintain all safety and cleaning supply inventory for staff, volunteers, and clients
  • Help with deliveries, manage unloading of trucks and placement of all inventory in warehouse
  • Clean and stock bathrooms and kitchen area daily
  • Keep loading docks and warehouse storage area neat and organized
  • Remove all trash from building and take to dumpster daily
  • Manage removal of all recycling
  • Help with loading and unloading of barrels
  • Help with crowd control and traffic flow during registration and distribution
  • Cleans parking lot
  • Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Volunteer Coordinator: (Full Season)

  • Strong computer skills - proficient in Word and Excel and familiar with database programs
  • Be able to handle stress and manage various tasks/groups at one time
  • Outgoing personality is a MUST, comfortable speaking to large groups
  • Communicate with and schedule all volunteers and volunteer groups
  • Follow up with groups to confirm their attendance and all the details of their volunteer event
  • Greet volunteers, get them signed in to CERVIS and train/orient them for volunteer activities
  • Oversee all volunteers during their visit to the Christmas Center and make sure they are comfortable and productive in their tasks
  • Help interview clients and input their info during registration
  • Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Bi-Lingual Communication Coordinator: (Full Season)

  • MUST be fluent in Spanish
  • Comfortable working with the public
  • Responsible for facilitating communication with our Hispanic clients and the Hispanic community
  • Assist with translation of documents and outgoing communication to the public
  • Assist with answering the phone and returning phone calls to Spanish speaking clients
  • Assist the Volunteer Coordinator with greeting, training, overseeing volunteers, getting them signed in
  • Help qualify and interview clients and input their info into our system during registration
  • Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Registration Staff: (5-6 weeks beginning in October)

  • Proficient on computer and familiar with database programs
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people
  • Be able to handle stress well and be comfortable working with non-English speaking clients
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
  • Qualify and interview clients and input their info into our system during registration
  • Input client applications during the week after registration
  • Other duties as assigned throughout the season
