Donor Coordinator: (Full Season)

- Proficient in Word and Excel and familiar with database programs

- Communicate with donors about adopting Angels and Silver Bells

- Handle assigning of Angels to donors in CAPS

- Coordinate/manage the preparation of Angel orders for donors

- Communicate and coordinate the pick-up of Angel orders with donors

- Work with Receptionist at Area Command to coordinate pick up of large angel orders

- Help qualify and interview clients and input their info during registration

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Warehouse Supervisor: (Full Season)

- Maintain Christmas Center facility; clean and organize as needed and manage inventory of all supplies

- Help with deliveries, manage unloading of trucks and placement of all inventory in warehouse

- Clean bathrooms and kitchen area daily

- Keep loading docks and warehouse storage area organized and neat

- Remove all trash to dumpster daily

- Manage removal of all recycling

- Helps with loading and unloading of barrels

- Cleans parking lot

- Help with crowd control during registration and distribution

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Registration Staff: (5-6 weeks beginning in September)

- Proficient on computer and familiar with database programs

- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people

- Be able to handle stress well and comfortable working with non-English speaking clients

- Bi Lingual a plus

- Qualify and interview clients and input client info during registration

- Input client applications during the week after registration

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Backpack/Bikes/Special Handling Coordinator: (Full Season)

- Manage/organize/track the delivery of backpacks to donors and the return of backpacks to the Christmas Center for distribution

- Manage check in process for bikes/special handling to make sure all items are marked in the system

- Manage placement/organization of bikes and special handling items in their respective bays

- Help qualify and interview clients and input their info during registration

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Volunteer Coordinator: (Full Season)

- Proficient in Word and Excel and familiar with database programs

- Be able to handle stress and manage various tasks/groups at one time

- Outgoing personality is a MUST, comfortable speaking to large groups

-Communicate with and schedule all volunteers and volunteer groups

-Follow up with groups to confirm their attendance and all the details of their volunteer event

-Greet volunteers, get them signed in to CERVIS and train/orient them for volunteer activities

-Oversee all volunteers during their visit to the Christmas Center and make sure they are comfortable and productive in their tasks

-Help interview clients and input their info during registration

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season

Toyland Coordinator: (Full Season)

- Must be organized, retail experience helpful

- Requires some physical labor to manage toy inventory

- Help qualify and interview clients and input their info during registration

- Set up Toyland in an organized fashion so that toys are easy to see and identify

- Greet volunteers to Toyland and train them in the filling of angel bags

- Keep shelves stocked, manage all toy inventory

- Count and track all toys that are donated for the Magical Toy Drive

- Count all other toy donations and track in-kind donations separately from each individual toy drive (Corvette toy drive, motorcycle toy ride, etc)

- Other duties as assigned throughout the season
