Wilson’s World: Visiting the Distribution Center of the Subway Salvation Army Angel Tree

WCCB Angel Tree Program


On today’s ‘Wilson’s World’, Lauren Acosta Huckleberry, from Acosta Heating and Air, stopped by the Salvation Army Angel Tree Christmas Center to help present a $2,500 check to toward the Angel Tree program.

“We wanted to find a way to contribute to the community”, stated Huckleberry, “Through our partnership with WCCB, we were able to find this Angel Tree opportunity and are very excited to contribute.”

Major Larry Broome, of the Salvation Army, was there to express the organization’s gratitude, stating that the funds would be immensely helpful in gathering needed items for nearly 10,500 kids in the area.
