​The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs in Union County announced the winner of its 2017-18 Youth of the Year competition – Tamya Austin – on March 29 at a special breakfast event. The Youth of the Year competition in Union County goes to the one who embodies the core values the Clubs represent.
