The Salvation Army of Cape Fear administers many programs and services designed to restore broken lives, to build healthy relationships, and to develop and encourage people of all ages.

Youth Programs

Girl Guards

Girls from grades 6-12 can benefit from being a part of this rich and exciting ministry designed to help them learn about themselves and their expanding world. This is accomplished through a variety of experiences including camping, music, games, activities, crafts, and trips into the community.

Sunbeams

Sunbeams is an enriching opportunity for girls in grades 1-5. This exciting ministry is designed to help them learn about themselves and their expanding worlds. This is accomplished through a variety of experiences including camping, music, games, activities, crafts, and trips into the community.

Adventure Corps

The Salvation Army Adventure Corps is a ministry outreach for boys in grades 1-8: Explorers (Grades 1-4) and Rangers (Grades 5-8). The goal of the ministry is to help boys develop wholesome social and communication habits, good decision making and life skills, strong character and leadership traits. This is accomplished through a Biblical Worldview by encouraging a sense of personal identity and character, Christian values, Biblical principles, and physical, mental, spiritual and social development.

Music Programs

Music is an integral part of worship at The Salvation Army. Bands and pianists accompany singing and play instrumental offertories. The Salvation Army of Cape Fear at Wilmington, NC offers band, chorus and arts and games activities.
