High Point Police Department Community Day

On Saturday September 10th, from 9am - 2pm, the High Point Police Department opened their doors to a fun filled day for families. From bounce houses to face paint, and free frood to kickball, families enjoyed spending time together and getting to know their local police officers. The morning began with a host of free vendors and games. After exploring the booths our Boys & Girls went outside to play ring toss, color, get their face painted, and win a handful of prizes. At the end of the games, the police officers presented a short tactical demonstration and spoke about safety. After a free hanburger and hot dog lunch, proivided by the High Point Police Department, the officers and children battled each other in an light game of kickball!

Everyone had a great time!
