Meet the dynamic team leading the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Buncombe County's efforts to ensure every young person in our community has the great future they deserve.

Morgan Hoff, Director of Operations

Morgan is a native of Texas and moved to Asheville and began working with the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs in the fall of 2015. Morgan began as an afterschool counselor and since has worked in nearly every facet of our organization. She brings a genuine love of kids and dedication to programming to our youth every day. She loves to hike, camp, travel, and eat tacos!

David Setzer, Johnston Site Director

David is native of Western North Carolina and has spent some twenty-five years in public education and nonprofit areas in managerial capacities. He initially came to the Club in 2017 through a year of service through AmeriCorps and ChildrenFirst/Communities in Schools of Buncombe County. In his spare, David is an avid trout fisherman and loves to explore the beautiful trout streams of Western North Carolina.

Erin C. Wilson, Director of Development & Communications

Erin is an Asheville native though has lived in nearly every region of the US. She began working with our Club in March, 2018 and is excited to support our mission and continue growing our organization. Erin loves to travel, ride horses, hike, and do anything on or around the water.
