The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Sponsorship Program
Become a Kettle Sponsor this Christmas!
Our Christmas Kettle Sponsor will have their company or goups's name and logo displayed at all Christmas Kettle locations during their sponsored day(s). Each person passing by our Christmas Kettles will be aware of the generous matching commitment by the company. We will recognize each Sponsor in our communications and marketing during the Christmas Kettle Campaign and proudly display the same at our Christmas Kettle Kick-Off on November 8th at Hanes Mall. In addition, you may have the advantage of using “advertising dollars” to fund your sponsorship. This may be a better tax advantage than a charitable donation.
What is a Christmas Kettle Sponsor?
A Christmas Kettle Sponsor invests into the community by agreeing to match a portion of the donations collected at Christmas Kettle locations in Forsyth County on a given day.
What investment is required to become a Christmas Kettle Sponsor?
A Christmas Kettle Sponsor agrees to match one of the following:
- An amount of $2,000 for any one (1) weekday
- An amount of $3,000 for any one (1) Saturday
How does this benefit The Salvation Army and the Community?
Donations at the Christmas Kettles will increase as people are more generous once they realize their gift is being matched by a sponsoring company. A good participation in the Christmas Kettle Sponsorship Program should increase the donations at Christmas time by 20%. A successful Christmas Kettle season greatly increases The Salvation Army’s ability to meet crisis needs for food, shelter, housing in your community.
