Majors Kent and Melody Davis have been Salvation Army officers for 23 years. They have served as Corps Officers in the communities of Beaumont, Odessa and Garland, Texas.
The Davis' served for eleven years as Divisional Youth Leaders for the Carolinas and Georgia Divisions.
Majors Kent and Melody Davis come to the Winston-Salem Area Command from Hickory, North Carolina where they served as Corps Officers of the Hickory/High Country Command from 2007 to 2010.
The Davis' have been married 27 years and have two beautiful children. Meagan is a graduate of Appalachian State University, and Austin is a senior at Mount Tabor High School this year.
