Tuesday, April 19 marked the eighteenth annual Toast of the Town event which was held at the University of South Carolina Upstate's Hodge Arena. This year The Salvation Army saluted Dr. John C. Stockwell, Chancellor of this fine institution.
Bill Drake served as Master of Cermemony. A delicious meal was served prior to the program.
"Roasters" for the evening included Bill Barnet, Jim Smith, Bill Cobb and Kathy Dunleavy.

Toast of the Town is an annual benefit that honors outstanding members of the Spartanburg community. All proceeds received from the benefit support youth programs at the Salvation Army Community Center of Spartanburg.
