CFMC Presents HOUSE CALLS
House Calls is a program that includes a wide range of health and social servicesprovided by Caswell Family Medical Center. These services are delivered to thehome of those who have difficulty with mobility because of transportation or health conditions.
House Calls functions like a doctor’s office except the visit is in your home with a board certified provider. House Calls is delivered to those recovering from a medical procedure, to the chronically ill, to the terminally ill, to the disabled in need of medical treatment.
House Calls providers will schedule appointments based on the patient’s medical need and will advocate for the patient as well as coordinate patient support services such as equipment, medical supplies, medications, home health services, lab work and diagnostic testing.
Christin Gusler, RN, NP-C is the Provider for the House Calls Program. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner-Adult/Gerontology as well as her RN training from UNC-G School of Nursing. She has over 19 years experience in the Nursing field and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
House Calls is a non-for-profit program dedicated to delivering, coordinating and advocating for the quality medical care that homebound seniors and persons with disabilities require to experience healthful lives in their own.
