Additionally, all of our staff is trained in the Safe From Harm course, which is provided by The Salvation Army to:
- Educate leaders and workers about prevention of abuse or accidental injury.
- Enable leaders and workers to develop procedures and practices that reduce risks.
- Protect adults from mistaken of groundless accusations.
- Reduce liability for Salvation Army units.
- Build parental confidence in Army programs.
- Prepare Army representatives to respond should an incident of accident occur.
