Food Pantry

The food pantry is always in need of food to fill the shelves.  We are grateful to the Postal Carriers and Henderson County Public Schools that conduct two large food drives for The Salvation Army throughout the year.  Because of your generosity were able to assist 1,172 families in 2009 through this effort.

We have two food pantries in the Hensdersonville area. They are located at the following areas.:

239 3^rd Avenue East, Hendersonville, NC    28792

93 North Broad Street, Brevard, NC   28712

• Pasta/sauce
• Hamburger Helper Meals
•  Maccaroni & Cheese
• Canned Meat
•     i.e: Tuna fish, Vienna sausages, Spam
• Canned Vegetables
• Powdered Milk
• Boxes of Juice
