Changing Lives One Summer at a Time
Each summer, youth from all over the Carolinas come to camp, situated on High Rock Lake, for a week that can literally change their lives. Young people enjoy many activities at camp:

- Pontoon Boats
- Outdoor & Indoor Sport
- Crafts
- Large Outdoor Swimming Pool
- Children's Activity Pool
- Hiking
- Fishing
CWJ's summer staff, under the leadership of The Salvation Army's Divisional Youth Secretary, is well-trained to help campers grow socially and spiritually while having fun with new friends. Camps generally last one week. Boys, girls and coed camps are scheduled from mid-June through August.
Camp Walter Johnson also schedules camps for adults and seniors. These typically occur in May before the end of the school year).
