THANKSGIVING FUND DRIVE

Scripture says, "You will always have the poor among you."

Dear Friend,
This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for you. Your faithful and generous support of The Salvation Army is more appreciated than you can imagine - especially as we enter our busiest time of the year. We need only to look as far as Horry County to see that the poor are in our midst . . . hungry children . . . homeless families . . . neighbors who have lost hope that life will ever get better. This is the very reason that The Salvation Army exists today. And, it's why we are continuing our over 100-year tradition of feeding hungry souls at Thanksgiving with the support of caring friends like you. Through our THANKSGIVING FUND DRIVE, we want to support needy families in our community with nourishment for the body and soul. Our goal is to give away Thanksgiving Food Boxes - along with a warm greeting of friendship - to those in the greatest need in Horry County. We are really hoping we can count on you once again to help.  Your gift to the THANKSGIVING FUND DRIVE can help provide a Thanksgiving Food Box. Any amount is welcome! Of course, if you can give more, you can help even more needy families have a reason to give thanks. Thank you for sharing your own blessings with those who have so little. In return, we promise to stretch your contribution because we are committed to doing the most good for people in desperate need.
