Eligibility
- 62 or older (head of household, co-head, or spouse)
- A disabled person, requiring mobility accessible features
- Must be able to live independently and maintain a clean, safe environment
- One-year lease, with security deposit equal to one month’s rent
- Must meet income guidelines (Discussed during application process)
- Residency is contingent upon background screenings
- Small pets (dog/cat) under 25 lbs. are accepted
