Youth Band:

(Tuesdays at 4:15PM) We teach youth (and adults) to play brass instruments who eventually play with our Corps (Church) Band.  You must be at least 8 years old and a limited number of instruments can be loaned.  Instruments used are cornet (short trumpet), Eb Alto Horn, Bb and Eb Bass, Trombone, Baritone, Euphonium, Percussion and Flugel Horn.

Praise Band

(Tuesdays at 5:00PM) The Praise Band is piano, lead and bass guitar, percussion and vocalists.  We practice contemporary and traditional music which is used in our Sunday Worship Service.

Home League

(Tuesdays at 7:00PM) If you are a woman between the ages of 16—116 you are encouraged to get out of the house, and come and enjoy this exciting time where women get together to learn, laugh, love, and labor for the Lord.  You don’t want to miss a single week.

Men’s Fellowship

(Tuesdays at 7:00PM) A great time for men ages 16 and up doing “Men’s Stuff”.

Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Guards & Sunbeams

(Thursdays at 5:00PM).  These are exciting character building groups for boys and girls who enjoy doing new and interesting things.  We explore our world, go to camp and provide service to the community.

Songsters

(Thursdays at 7:00PM).  If you like to sing then this is the group for you.  Our church choir is called “Songsters” and new voices are always welcome. We sing for Sunday Services and other special occasions.

Senior Band

(Thursdays at 8:00PM).  The Salvation Army is known for its brass band music and Burlington is no exception.  In the tradition of British brass bands, we meet each week to rehearse both inspirational and challenging brass music.  The band provides music for our Sunday worship services, plays monthly at local Residential Care Facilities (Nursing Homes), and at various locations during Christmas.
