You will need to bring the following information to apply
Picture ID
Social Security Cards for everyone in the household
Proof of ALL income for the household
Proof of ALL expenses
Birth Certificates or medicaid cards for children
Proof of Residency (vehicle or property tax form, social services print out, or school documents)
