Eligibility. People age 62+, or disabled individuals requiring mobility-accessible features, may apply for an apartment at Booth Garden. Applicants are eligible if they:

  • are able to live independently and maintain a clean, safe environment
  • meet income guidelines
  • sign a one-year lease, with security deposit equal to one-month’s rent
  • have a good credit history and clean criminal background
